Normal Shipping:
We only ship USPS Priority mail. You can expect to receive your package within 3-5 days from the date of shipping. Special orders take 7 - 14 business days.We normally process orders the next day we receive them and they are picked up the next day.
Pick Ups:
You may choose to pickup your package at our store. Please provide your order details and call me to inform me that you want to pickup your package in person.
Shipping is flat rate, but we do not offer overnight shipping. Flat Rate fee $6.00, will cover delivery, signature authorization, and tracking.
Returns:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us. Because oil based or herbal products can be tampered with, we do not have a return policy on them.
Jewelry and Doll Purchases:
If you purchased jewelry or a doll and would like to make a return. I ask that you return it with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. I require that you send the receipt along with items purchased. You will receive a 80% refund if returned in 14 days and 50% return if returned in 30 days.
